    We want to be straightforward with you about this. Orders typically arrive within 6–10 working days from the date you order. This includes 1–3 days for processing and preparation, and 5–7 days for delivery once dispatched. We work with fulfilment partners across the UK and Europe, which allows us to offer a curated selection at honest prices — but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than next-day. We'll send you a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you always know where it is.

    Fit is the hardest thing to get right online. We know that. So we made our returns policy as easy as possible — because we'd rather you try something and love it than not try at all.

    We photograph all products in natural UK daylight and do not retouch colours. However, screens vary — what appears as "natural linen" on one monitor may look slightly warmer or cooler on another. Our descriptions include specific colour notes to help. If colour accuracy matters for a specific purchase, email us and we can give you a more detailed description.

    Yes, and we design with this specifically in mind. Every Arlien top, blouse, and jacket is cut with sleeves that reach the wrist — no three-quarter cuts, no cap sleeves, no awkward lengths that sit at the widest part of the upper arm. Where a piece has shorter sleeves, we say so clearly in the product description. We understand this matters and we don't gloss over it.

    Every piece in the Arlien collection is chosen with drape rather than cling in mind. Fabrics are soft, structured, or flowing — never tight synthetics. Fit notes on each product page specifically describe how a piece sits at the waist and hip. If you're concerned about a specific item, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether it works for you.

    Tracking can sometimes pause for 1–2 days while an item is in transit between sorting facilities — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 4 working days, or if it's been longer than 12 working days since you ordered, Contact US and we will investigate and resolve it for you.
