All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay.
3. Delivery

4. Returns & refunds
We offer a 30-day free returns policy. Full details are in our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and measurements are accurate. Colours may vary slightly between devices due to screen settings. Measurements are of the garment, not the body. If a product is materially not as described, you are entitled to a full refund.

All content on arlien.co.uk — including text, images, brand identity, and design — is owned by Arlien UK Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products, except where required by law. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
