    How long does delivery take?

    Orders typically arrive within 6–10 working days from the date you place your order. This is the honest, realistic timeframe. Here is what happens between your order and your doorstep:

    Days 1–3
    Processing & Preparation
    Your order is received, verified, and prepared by our fulfilment partner. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. Your tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

    Days 3–7
    In Transit
    Your parcel is on its way via tracked delivery. You'll receive a tracking email so you can follow it. Tracking may pause for 1–2 days between sorting facilities — this is normal.

    Days 6–10
    Delivered
    Your order arrives. Every Arlien parcel is packed in tissue paper with a handwritten note. If you're not in, a calling card will be left or it will be left in a safe place as instructed.

    Please note: During busy periods (sale, new collections, or peak postal times such as Christmas) delivery may take up to 12 working days. We will always communicate any delays by email.

    Tracking your order

    You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you don't receive a dispatch email within 4 working days, please check your junk folder first — then email us at arlienfashion@gmail.com and we'll check the status immediately.

    Why does delivery take 6–10 days?

    Arlien works with specialist fulfilment partners rather than a single central warehouse. This allows us to offer a carefully curated collection — specifically chosen for women over 45 — without the high overhead costs that large retailers pass on to customers. It means delivery takes a little longer than next-day, and we believe you deserve to know that clearly.

    If you need something for a specific date, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

    What if my order doesn't arrive?

    If your order hasn't arrived within 12 working days, email us at arlienfashion@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and either arrange redelivery or issue a full refund. We take full responsibility for orders that don't arrive.

    Do you deliver outside the UK?

    Arlien currently ships within the UK only. International delivery is something we are working towards. Sign up to our email list and we'll let you know when this changes.
