Partial Refunds
In some cases, returns are sent back to our manufacturer, which can make return labels more expensive than expected.
When that happens, we may offer a partial refund and — allowing you to keep the item without the need to send it back.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour, note your preference on the returns form inside your parcel (or email us at info@arlien.co.uk before sending it back). We'll hold your requested item if it's in stock and dispatch it as soon as your return arrives. If your preferred option has sold out, we'll issue a full refund instead.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, email us at arlienfashion@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you and without requiring you to return the item.
Items not eligible for return
Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This is to protect all customers who purchase from our collection. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, email us before sending it back.
Your statutory rights
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Our 30-day policy gives you additional time beyond the legal requirement.
